+ True Blues reflex trainer

Kneejerk.

The prospect kneejerks. Your gut wants to kneejerk back, and that is the trap. An objection lands, the clock runs, and you fire the trained move before your reflex fires the one that kills the deal.

31 objections · 10 types · four modes · roughly two minutes a run

CLEAN The move that reads the tell right. Full points, and faster pays more.

SOFT Workable, not sharp. Bank the half, or double down and go again for the full close.

TRAP Your own kneejerk. Feels right, kills the deal. Zero, and the streak dies with it.

Keys: 1 2 3 to answer, B to bank, D to double down, Enter for the next card.

+ Why it is built like this

Reps do not lose deals on knowledge. They lose them on reflex.

The trap is your own reflex

Every card carries one answer that is a genuine rep kneejerk: the "but", the happy ear, answering a fear with a spreadsheet. It feels right under time pressure. That is exactly why it is there.

The read changes the answer

Some cards carry a read: how they said it, what happened just before. The same sentence with a different read has a different right answer, so you cannot memorise the bank. You have to read the person.

Soft answers are a gamble

Land a workable answer and you can bank the half or double down, take their comeback, and go for the full close. Miss it and the half is gone. Same call as the one you make live.
